WHAT ON-SITE CONTENT MEANS HERE.
When C&KE says we are your event's Content Partner, we mean a full on-site studio — crew, equipment, booking system, and delivery. Here is exactly what that includes and what it does not.
A dedicated crew member (or two, depending on tier) present for the full event duration, running personal photo and video sessions for attendees who book.
Portable lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment brought to the venue and configured before doors open. Attendees step into a controlled, professional environment — not available light.
An online booking page customised for your event. Attendees select session type, time slot, and pay securely. Walk-up bookings are also supported on-site, subject to availability.
Every attendee receives a professionally edited photo gallery and/or social-ready vertical reel, delivered digitally. No watermark, no low-res previews — the full-quality files.
Content is delivered within 48 hours via a secure download link sent to the attendee's phone. Same-day delivery is available as an add-on.
Every tier includes a 30-second branded highlight reel of the CC Studio activity at your event — for the organiser to use in post-event marketing.
CC Studio is for attendee personal sessions only. If you need event documentation (crowd shots, keynote, behind-the-scenes), that's a separate brief under C&KE's standard production services.
All content is delivered digitally. No prints, albums, or USB drives are produced under this model.
CC Studio does not stream the event. If live streaming is required, it's scoped as a separate service.
Attendees arrive ready. C&KE does not provide grooming, styling, or wardrobe services.
Aerial coverage is scoped and quoted separately if required for the venue or event type.
C&KE delivers content and operates the booking system. We do not manage attendee disputes, refund requests, or follow-up sales after the event closes.
Every attendee who books a slot receives their content within 48 hours of the event — or same-day if they purchased the rush add-on. The booking system closes when the event ends. No late bookings, no post-event slot sales.
THE RATE CARD.
All sessions include a minimum edited gallery. Combo sessions include both photos and a vertical reel.
Partnership fee (organiser): R5,000 – R14,000 depending on tier · Organiser revenue share: 20% of gross slot revenue
Attendees can purchase add-ons at booking or after the event via their gallery link. These are paid by the attendee — never by the organiser. Add-on revenue is included in the gross slot revenue for the organiser's 20% share.
Same-day delivery surcharge applies to the base slot rate only — add-on photos and reels are not surcharged. All prices include VAT.
Captured on the event floor: short attendee interviews (30–45s each, edited) and an optional extended cut compiling the best answers. Paid by the organiser — not by attendees, and not part of the 20% revenue share. Added to any tier on request during the site visit.
A 10-interview batch requires a dedicated crew member on the floor and is subject to venue flow and attendee consent. Final capacity confirmed during the site visit. All prices include VAT.

This is an estimate only. Final rates are confirmed in the signed partnership agreement. Partnership fees and setup fees are binding minimums. Revenue share is based on actual bookings, not projections.
DOES YOUR EVENT QUALIFY?
This model only works when the event is big enough and the venue can support it. Before any agreement is signed, we verify six things. If your event doesn't meet the criteria today, we'll tell you exactly what to address.
Below this, slot revenue cannot meaningfully offset the partnership floor. We'll tell you if your event is too small for this model.
C&KE needs space for lighting, backdrops, and a booking desk. If your venue can't accommodate this, we discuss alternatives during the site visit.
Standard wall plug for lighting and charging. If the venue has no power at the setup area, C&KE brings a battery backup — but this must be flagged in advance.
For the booking system and digital delivery. If the venue has no reliable Wi-Fi, C&KE brings a backup LTE router at no extra cost.
Events beyond 100km incur a travel surcharge based on distance and crew size. Multi-day or remote events may require accommodation.
No verbal agreements. The booking system goes live only after the agreement is signed and the partnership fee is settled.
Events outside Johannesburg or with special requirements (outdoor, multi-venue, multi-day) are assessed case-by-case. The site visit determines final eligibility.
THE SITE VISIT COMES FIRST.
Every partnership begins with a paid site visit. Before we commit a crew to your event, we need to confirm the venue can support the setup, estimate realistic slot volumes, and plan the logistics.
The site visit is R1,500 once-off. If you sign a partnership agreement within 14 days of receiving your site visit report, that R1,500 is credited in full against your partnership fee. If the visit finds your venue is not suitable, we will tell you exactly what to address — and the fee still applies. Our time has value regardless of the outcome.
Site visit turnaround: 5 business days from booking, report within 3 business days of the visit.
C&KE visits the venue to assess the setup area, power access, internet availability, and foot-traffic patterns.
Based on expected attendance and event duration, C&KE recommends how many slots are realistic and which tier fits.
Load-in time, equipment staging, crew parking, and the optimal setup location within the venue.
The online booking page is built and configured during the site visit — slot types, pricing, and capacity all set before the system goes live.
Power backup plan, weather contingency for outdoor events, and crowd-flow management around the setup area.
A written report confirming the recommended tier, projected slot revenue, and any conditions that need to be resolved before the agreement is signed.
The site visit report is confidential to the organiser and C&KE. It does not constitute a partnership agreement and carries no obligation on either party to proceed.
GETTING THE STUDIO READY.
Every engagement begins with a once-off setup fee. This covers the production infrastructure that makes the on-site model work — brand documentation, booking system configuration, shot lists, and delivery channel setup. Setup is completed before the event date.

Setup fees are invoiced separately from the partnership fee and are payable before the booking system goes live. They are non-refundable once setup has commenced. The site visit fee is not included in setup — it is a preceding step.

No hidden charges
Every rate is in the rate card. Travel, equipment, and crew are covered by the partnership fee. The only variable is attendee add-ons — and those are paid by attendees, not the organiser.
Delivery guaranteed — or refunded
If any attendee's content is not delivered within 48 hours (or same-day if purchased), that slot is refunded in full. No exceptions.
